The 275/70/18 is an approximate 33" tire . There will be ZERO drivability issues with a 33" tire, considering the Z71 comes standard with a 33" tire. The TB comes with a 32" tire, but the regular Z71 comes with a 33" tire, and I cannot figure out for the life of me why that's the case.
Other than reprogramming for a larger tire, which I wouldn't bother doing at all, its a bolt up and go process.
