It took some time to finally get it to let loose, but it did pop off eventually.

G Guest1854 Guest Feb 23, 2024 #18 If you don't want to save the one you remove you can remove the inner emblem with a screwdriver or similar tool. Once you get that off you can take a little screwdriver and pop the clips that holds it on.
