So I own a 2020 LT Trail Boss and over the past couple of weeks I have been hearing this squealing noise coming from the rear driver side tire that has been getting increasingly louder the more I drive. Today I pulled off the tire to have a look thinking I needed new pads and turns out there is still a lot of life left on them. Just for the hell of it, I removed the brake pad sensor and drove it around and it seems to have fixed the issue. There is a little clip that sits on the inner pad to hold the sensor in place and it looks like it does not fit all that well in the designated grove, but I was unable to see if that was rubbing on the back of the rotor because it was hidden until I took the caliper off. Has anyone else had this problem or heard of it? I am unable to find anyone post about it online.
