i would caution the use of any sealant that may not be easily removed. i remove my yearly at the least for a good cleaning and wax...needs to be more often after you see the garbage they collect.

I hear ya, that's the nice thing about silicone, it dries fairly quick and is an adhesive, but also removes quite easily. That way I can remove and reapply as needed.

most are the same...mine had clips that grab the fender lip, the flare just pushed into them...screws at the lower corners near the mud flaps.

i wish they would return to screws in the lip...but there isnt much lip to grab. the push clips were always walking.

Is that why you took them back off? I just ordered a set of the egr rugged and don’t want issues. Thanks

NO, i just went away from a flare entirely. i wanted a smaller version similar to the ZR2. I have always liked the Bushwacker STREET flare and most factory flares.

They had zero issues with staying placed or keeping attached.
