Ok, Truck was dropped off this morning and I am waiting to hear back from the dealership to see if they were able correct the bumper. Funny thing though, I mentioned on another post here about the software update that was displaying on my radio. I asked the service guy about it and told him, "hey if you guys want to do the update since it is here in case something goes wrong with the update". He laterally told me that he would have to charge me for doing that. And then he proceeded to tell me that he had customer do it himself out in the Chevy parking lot. He said it took the customer 45 minutes to complete. Very scary. I live 40 minutes from this place. I am still debating if I should do the same. Anyway I will update everyone later, hopefully with good news on their adjustment of my bumper.
