That was USPS. Fedex might be a little cheaper but CA is a long way from OH and anything over 2lbs gets expensive real quick.

That's kind of crazy. I would think he would know measurements based on seams. You can't embroider them while on the foam!

He sent instructions on how to measure it but I don’t want to be off by a mm and it be crooked because it would bother me a lot

Sent my entire fronts for $40 (del by fri.) from central Washington state via UPS. Luckily I had a box just big enough, I would imagine bigger boxes cost more

I try to avoid USPS especially if it's bigger than the no limit boxes (not very big). Good luck

FedEx shows $63 one way for the size / Wt to ship (4) headrests from S CA to OH.
So about $130 which is what the embroidery costs.

I used a 17x14x6 box for 2 frt headrests and it weighed 6.5lbs.

Like this it looks great. See if I can find someone local here in Houston area to do it in a Dark Blue stitching, otherwise might need to send them to OH too.
