New Tires - biggest size upgrade without modifications/rub

I know the OP is talking 18" rims, but I recently went to 275/65/20 (34.1x10.8) Toyo OCAT3s. No mods. No rub. These are just fine for my needs. I believe I could have done "35s" (34.6x11.5). Keep in mind that I believe the front wheel well geometry changed in the last model refresh ('23?) sligtly as well.

If it helps, I just did 295/60R20's on the stock factory rims and there is no rubbing at all. I did Toyo open country At's and have them on my other truck as well. Pretty happy with them.

I installed some Toyo R/T LT285/75R18 and am rubbing on the back of wheel well wear the mudflap is. I know there is a brace in behind that can be removed.

I run 34's on my 2024 LT trail boss with no issues. I have the stock lift plus the 2" ready lift on the LT.
I have the same vehicle and bought the 2" readylift but now worried about voiding warranty, any thoughts on that?

I know from experience that they voided my warranty on my other truck the minute I did a levelling kit on it.

Suspension, the rest was still covered.

Has anyone gone up to 37s? I was thinking from moving taller and narrower from what I currently run, 305/70R 18 to 37x11.50 18?

I have seen pics of TBs on 37s, they do like nice. I was worried about going to 34's with the 3:23s (but it is fine) but 37s are likely too big for the wee 3:23s.

That is a great point! I do agree with you especially if the 37s are Load E. If I find a set that are Load C that would be sweet! I don't believe a Load D will decrease the weight too much to make it worth it.

yes, mentioned it and posted a few pics....
to me, the 37 has not harmed much in way of performance.

i do need to tune the trans, and most likely with do the ECM....just not sure i want to fool with GDI powerplant....it would be the first. But i have a few highly reputable names in my pocket to consult with, or even drop off to.

i run an E load, Toyo RT PRO in a 37x12.5x20 set at 40 psi,...Front and Rear. Literally just returned form a 1800 ish mile trip....cadillac smooth, no noise and very supple ride.

This guy seems reputable...Matt Sanford. I will be looking more into his work and his YouTube channel. I have yet to purchase a tune from him. Here is his site:
