Thanks all, guess it would be save to say that as long as it's plug and play, not universal, and from a reputable company, that they are all pretty similar.

The Magnuson-Moss warranty act states that a manufacturer cannot deny warranty coverage simply due to the presence of an aftermarket part, unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused the issue in question.OKAY ! if this catch can regardless of brand is it a no-no for the warranty if taken in for service ?
if so then it would have to be taken off when GM is doing the service work , just like the Range RA007 .
