Alright so in ended up getting 35 x12.5x17 Toyo open country AT with method 312 with -12 mm offset.

I installed the 6112 and 5160 then trim the mild flap and got rid to the bracket.

It still has some rubbing only when I turn right . Turning left I don’t hear anything . When I turn the rear of the front tires rubbing against the metal structural beam thing . It doesn’t look like it can be removed or altered . But both front tires is pretty tight to the rear of the wheel well.

What can I do about this ?

I believe the crash bar bolts in. There is this piece that requires cutting and welding to fit big tires without removing the crash bar.

Need to fit those big tires but don't want to cut the entire crash bar off? These allow added clearance but still retain the factory crash bar.Depending on wheel offset and how the alignment shop aligns your truck, a 35" tire can rub the crash bar as the suspension cycles through it's travel...

Oh so I can cut part of the crash bar so that it recess in a bit then weld that piece you sent ?

One inch is not a lot of lift for that tire and wheel combo. I'd try more lift or different wheels before I started cutting and welding on the frame of a truck as new as yours. That kind of permanent modification will void a lot of warranties unless you can convince a dealer to do the work and stand behind it. Not to take anything away from the guys that do rad mods to make things better... just know what you're getting into.
