UCA that doesn't require cutting strut bucket tab

@Stormin08 which ReadyLift arms do you have and about how many inches over stock TB height are you? There are three SKUs listed for my truck and when I reached out to see which one would be best for a roughly 1" TB level (3" over stock Z71), he said they don't have anything for that height and cannot 100% recommend one or the other and which one would provide the best angles.

@07blackz71 , you have a 1.5" level, correct (based on your signature)?

Yes I my front is 1.5" higher than stock.

I have tubular UCAs and they didn't require cutting. If you are just leveling you shouldn't need to do all that with the right UCAs.

I went with the Billstein 6112s in the front with a 1.25 leveling. My lights needed to be adjusted slightly.

Those are the ones I will likely go with I just need to confirm they will work with stock wheels and tire size (might go up to a 275/65r20) and if the Dirt King coilover is within the total coilover length specification that Cognito gives.

I can’t say for 20s. 18s would be better of road and 17s best from what I understand.

I run 35x12.5 on stock rims and they barely clear. You will be fine with a 275 tire.

I have a similar Bilstein 5100 1.1” setup in the front of my truck. Im looking to run the Cognito Tubular UCAs. Are you running the stock 18” wheels and tires? I’m curious about clearances, and did you require any wheel spacers? Any advice is much appreciated!
Yes sir. Stock 18s no spacers. 295/70/r18 no rubbing and room for at least 35s.

Sweet! Thanks. She looks bad! Last question I swear… did you cut the service perch when installing the UCAs? I see Cognito’s website states that the tubulars don’t require it, but I’ve heard mixed things. Appreciate it!

No cutting on my vehicle. The mud guard flaps were already uninstalled when I got the vehicle so they would have to be removed for bigger tire sizes. But as far as I know that is it.
