What's new

What did you do to your Trailboss today? 🛠️

Vinyl wrapped radio bezel, wood grain door pieces, and center console arm rest trey in brushed gunmetal. Also tinted the tails, third brake light, fogs, and amber corner in the headlight. Turned out great for a newbie. I will say the fog lights lost quite a bit of brightness. They may be returned to stock before to long. Let me wash it up and I’ll post some pics.

Braved the cold today and put the AFE muffler delete on. I may still put a cat back system on there at some point but this was a quick and cheap way of making this thing sound like a V8 truck. I am liking it so far
Not sure if it'll ship, maybe clerical error, but I was able to get the Gibson cat-back stainless system for $365 shipped. It's more work involved, but I figured I'd want the full deal eventually.

Sorry for the delay. Wrapped radio bezel and door trim in brushed gunmetal. Tinted tails and 3rd brake light, fog lights, led mirror lights, and amber corners. I could not get a decent pic of the radio bezel.

I did my door and console panels in carbon fiber wrap. Haven’t attempted the steering wheel or center stack bezels 😝

Installed the K&N 57-3108 just meow. Uses stock air box.

Nice! Have a link to that?

$239.99 & free shipping from SummitRacing.com - K&N 57-3108 intake.

For another $205 (+ shipping to your zip code) you can get the "Stillen Cold Air Scoop".

So between the two, you're at the cost of a fancy high end Air Intake..... that all use that same port. This is the route I'm taking.

Ceramic coating, Lund flares with Rokblokz flaps, AVS hood protector, Retrax cover, lasfit turn signal bulbs and RVinyl fog tint.

What brand of vinyl did you use for the bow tie? I tried 3 times to wrap the chrome in gloss black with no luck. Maybe another try and a patience reset will work. LOL. Looks good man!
I used vivvid carbon ghost metal vinyl that I bought from Amazon

VViViD+ 2020 Edition Forged Black... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09GL54KPX?tag=trailboss00-20

It was tricky. I have no wrap experience. It does not look great close up. I learned a lot on this little piece and I plan to redo it soon. I also did the thing on the truck. I figured it would be easier than trying to hold it and wrap it.

Nice! Vivvid is what I’ve got a little experience with. I took the bow tie off and wrapped the chrome in gloss black. 3 times.... just didn’t turn out. I’ll try a few times more before I end up spraying the chrome.

Just got it on the road a few days ago. Nothing major yet, rear window decal and stubby antenna.

Hey JBS - Where did you score the black lugs? Thanks!
I used my points that I got from GM when I bought the truck and ordered them from the dealership. Sorry for the late response I just saw this.
