Tell me about this protectant stuff... I already have the D6 GoRhino.... But want something to help keep lazy feet from scuffing my red paint....Go Rhino D6 steps and the black scuff protectent tape for the door rockers i saw on another truck here. protectent tape was a PITA to install and get all lined up but i like how it looks

When I removed all my badges, I only had a few light scratches where I took off the Z71 fender badges (they are a pain). My local body show sanded them out and it's like they were never there.looks good.
I just did mine over the weekend and I also want my Silverado, and LT, either black or gone?
My truck being black scares me, I think i'll end up messing up my paint one way or another?
Good luck doing yours and post some pics when you are finished.
Haven't had any problems and honestly don't notice if they are crookedYou have any trouble with the air bags setting crooked? Mine do..Air lift says it's normal but I don't like it
They have held up great since I did this. I put probably 5 or 6 coats on them and have no issues with peeling or discoloring. The tips are not connected to the exhaust so I assume they do not get anywhere near that hot.does this hold up well with the exhaust temps?
Ended up trimming factory stuff and the bag brackets, tilted the front top bracket about 5* to help match the lower that's about 9* tilt .. I'm sick of the crap frame coating...Haven't had any problems and honestly don't notice if they are crooked
