What did you trade in for the Trail Boss?

I traded in my 2020 Tesla Model 3. People think I’m crazy, but I missed having a truck.

2004 TJ rubicon.

Loved that thing, had it for since 2013, put over 100k on it just during my ownership, but I had an offer last month to sell it for about $1500 less than what I bought it for. I couldn't pass that up. I drive vehicles into the ground, and aside from my motorcycles, I still had the only two that I had ever purchased. The Camaro I got when I was 15 in 2004 and this jeep....

I had been wanting a truck for awhile, and needed a vehicle that wasn't in constant need of maintenance. MY wife and I will be starting a family, so a backseat and a feeling of assuredness that it will start when called upon is a nice change of pace. But I will always miss my jeep.

2004 4Runner, I also had a 93 Toyota T100….never had a single issue with either, hope the switch is kind to me

I cannot post what I might in this discussion. Suffice to say, IMHO, Chevy Trucks are the righteous Heartbeat of America out in broad daylight.
AND ... electric automobiles are unattractively impractical ... to put it politely.
You are living in the wrong area then...... come down here to the Sangre de Christos for aligned thinking.....LOL Up here at 9000' msl I am loving the 2.7 Turbo but will step out into charging my 4WD for 6.2 cents a kwh when I can. I am retired and a disabled veteran so we don't get out as much as we used to but when we do we have to get out of snow, ice, mud to get to Hwy 160.

Installed the Diamondback HD Tonneau Cover. NO LEAKS! It is the tonneau cover to make your truck look badass!

2005 Suburban Z71. Best family car ever!!! Fit everyone, all the plus ones, the big dog and all the toys. Our kids grew up in this one but it loved to eat transmissions... went through three 4L60E trans before 150K. Couldn't see putting in a 4th. Pics are from it's last trip to the Sierra's before the 3/4 clutch pack failed one month after the warranty expired. Got the Trail Boss November of 2019.

Surprisingly, I have never traded in a vehicle when purchasing a new one. I just buy the new one and re-purpose the old one.

I usually hold onto vehicle for 10+ years and my kids get them afterwards.
