Wheel Offset

i would agree with the badass assessment. are those stock tires? or did you put a wider set on?

Has anyone had to trim down the lugs for the stock wheels to fit on the spacer?

From what I have seen the stud will sit in a notch on the back of the wheel so long as you 1.5” spacers. I ordered 1.75” coyote spacers yesterday. They already shipped. I added lund flares so I need to move the wheels out as it looks odd.

1.25" spacers fit without trimming the studs. 1" would require about 1/8th of an inch of trimming of the studs which would not even get close to the threads.

I have been running 1-1/2 inch spacers for nearly a year, about 11,000 miles. This includes off-road in deep snow, rough trails and rock climbing. I do not expect to have problems due to the wheel spacers.

So the -6 and -12, etc nomenclature is another SAE (Merican) versus euro metric?
I have been asked many times, "when are you Yanks going to really adopt the metric system?"

Answer: When the French astronauts come back alive from walking on the Moon.

I ran 1.5” boras with stock wheel. Then I switched wheels 20x9.5x20 w/ -18 offset. Very similar stance.

A rim with a +1 offset would be equivalent to a 1" spacer behind the factory wheel. I have 1.25" spacers behind my factory wheels. The wheels poke out about 1/4". This combo would be equivalent to a -6 offset rim. A set of 1.5" spacers should push the factory wheels about .5" out and would be equivalent to a -12 offset rim. You can keep this pattern going. Technically 12.5mm is equal to .5" and 6.375mm is equal to .25" but for estimating the amount of poke this will be close enough if you just consider every 6mm as .25".
What is the largest tire you could run with Ready Lift 1.75” leveling kit, 1.50” spacers with 18” stock wheels?
