Zone Offroad Leveling Kit

If you drive off road a lot you might like your setup as it is. I wheel a lot of rocks at times and glad I have the fender flares on my boss. Eliminates some dents, scratches lost paint.

1.75 zone level 1-1/2 bora spacer stock 18 inch wheels. Cooper discover 295/70r18. Just a little poke.

Just had the Zone 1 3/4" Leveling kit and UCA's installed. I also had 1" Bora spacers added and 285/75R18 Toyo Open Country AT3's. Had the setup on for 2 weeks now and so far so good.

Looks good, any mud flap or fender liner modification needed?

Little trim of mud flap. If you trim it correctly and remove the metal bracket from behind the liner you can drill i new hole in mud flap and use the bolt from the removed bracket and bolt mud flap and pull it back to prevent rub. Can’t tighten to much or mud flap Will deform. Mine came out fine and no rub and can’t notice trimmed flap at all. Also used one small black zip tie to pull liner back.

Yes sir, removed the liner bracket at the rear of the wheel well and modified the front bracket to increase clearance. Also cut off a section of the mudflap.

Anyone running 2 inch spacers with miles on them both highway and off road? I'll want to get 2 inch hub centric spacers but want to see some pictures if possible and how much of mud flap trim you had to do?

My cameras all work fine no need to change anything. I'm assuming the lane departure works fine too, but I have mine turned off because I prefer not to use it.

Looking into the zone for my 24 Trailboss. Did you use both of the thin and thicker preload spacer for the full 1.75 ? The video says only use the thicker for the trailboss and both for an AT4. And if you used both, is it level or is the front now higher ? Thanks
