Anyone smoke their taillights?

i am well aware of your thoughts...have you tried it ?

i have been doing tinted clear since about 2007ish for tails, other than enzo versions some have wanted body color.

been in the game for a while...i remember cutting my own pin stripe tape widths back in the 80's

Sorry and I am sure this is not a popular opinion, but I think smoking out taillights is just ridiculous and a safety issue for others.
I have seen them so blacked out that you can't see them until it's nearly too late.

But to each their own.

You're talking BLACKED out, not smoked. A light smoke doesn't effect light output much at all. You can put brighter LEDs in if you have swappable bulbs. GM has put smoked lights from the factory on the Camaro and Corvette.
