How unique is your TB?

This unique?

What’s the bumper? My son just got a new ‘24 LT TB and someone at church backed into him with their hitch and put a smallish dent in the metal bumper portion. So needless to say it made him sick to his stomach and he wants to fix it. Also he plays football and lives in ATL so I’m telling him a bumper like yours would be a wise investment.

This one is mine. Got it a week before my son did. Going to change the badges, TB stickers and getting windows tinted tomorrow. ‘24 LT TB 6.2.

It’s the Fab Fours Vengeance bumper. My TB is a 2020 so it’s not the same fitment as the new Silverados.

Is this 5.3 or 6.2?

Whether it’s GM or BMW, I can never just settle for OEM. I love a project and always think in my simple minded view, I can surely improve upon what these guys designed so the mods start day one!So far I haven’t seen a similar one in my neck of the woods.

(Ha! I just noticed how cool it looks to open the before pic then toggle the arrows back and forth to see the transition in forward and reverse. Try it with yours!)

Mine is the slate gray 6.2. His is a black 5.3. He’s a college athlete living in ATL so he felt insurance would murder him with a 6.2 and only being 20. But after he shopped for insurance it wouldn’t have made a difference in cost. But nonetheless he’s still very happy with his 5.3, just not the new dent in his bumper.

Mine is very unique. Not all of my mods are intentional and some of those are the most expensive. I don't like it but it is the price I pay for enjoying everything this awesome 4wheeler can do. I don't spend my weekends waxing it, ever. I drive it. It just hit 30,000 miles. I can say conservatively 3,000 miles are off road.
Trail mods:
Custom pinstriping. Every bush in the AZ desert has thorns. The sound of them scraping your paint off is excruciating!
Enamel on all four wheels has been partially removed by digging into rocks.
I am on my 3rd set of HDMI exhaust tips and they need to be replaced.
I'm on my second set of Go Rhino Dominator D6 rock sliders and they are trashed.
I have ripped the sidewall open on the Goodyear Duracraps 4 times. So sick of replacing them on road hazard I bit the bullet this week and have 5 BFG KM3 Mud Terrain tires on the way.
Bent a tow hook up 2 inches with my high lift jack changing a blown out Duracrap on the trail with 400 miles on the truck.
Plastic air dam under the metal bumper is trashed.
Grill has two busted sections near hood release because a kamikaze quail committed suicide and went through the grill at 40 MPH. Good thing for him it killed him or I would have done it myself.
On my second set of traction boards because I destroyed the first set.
I bent my receiver hitch mounted skid plate putting the highlift jack under it.

I have several off road mods I am not going to bother listing here. I can't afford aesthetic mods, I put money into off road functional stuff I need. I joined this awesome forum when there was just 800 members. Most of my mods are documented on here.

At 4,000 miles I took it to a dealership for a non warranty repair. When I picked it up the service advisor advised me "they had put my entire warranty up for review with General Motors because I use it off road". They said they considered my off road use abuse. I won the fight but it left me with a big FU attitude towards GM. They seriously threatened to cancel my entire warranty for the truck they were advertising at the time with the slogan "Who needs a road when you have a Trail Boss?" I use my truck in every scenario it was designed to perform in. I do not abuse it. I have had several other issues with GM and the dealerships in three years of ownership. I love this truck. I am a bow tie guy, I am no longer a fan of GM!

Kind Regards,
Steve

I know mine is a 1 of 1...as I own it, and touch EVERYTHING....
Intake, catch can, throttle, exhaust, suspension, looks, lighting, sounds, interior trim....it never ends.
