Lug Nut Color

Amazon has many, from $25-60, but not sure any will fit 'well'. I don't like the 'acorn' style (with the rounded top) as much. I think the OEM is a 22mm nut, M14x1.5 thread/pitch and a length of 1.75" with a 60 degree seating bevel.

sure looks like it will fit and be OEM size. I ordered a set, and will see.

Update: Received. First glance they look slightly shallower. They also have more threads than the OEM, which I just realized is a 2-piece nut. Now to wait for temps to maybe be in the 20's (F) and windchill to be above 0 (F)....

I had a credit with GM so I got the OEM black ones, otherwise I would never pay that price for them. After two years they were tarnished real bad and the locking lugs had a lot of surface rust.

I spent an afternnon and cleaned them up fairly nicely, but have yet to put them on my new truck.

Acorn IS NOT the top, it's the SEAT that goes into the conical seat in the wheel.

Why not? It's a 21mm inside which is what the outside of the OE lugnuts are.

on my '26 anyway, the lugs are 22mm, and appear to be exactly the same as what was on my '24 Colorado.
