What did you do to your Trailboss today? 🛠️

Before you go after those exhaust tips get yourself a 10mm (i think it's 10mm) flex head ratcheting end wrench if you don't have one. It will be worth it. You take the bumper steps off first and stick your hand in the bumper to get to a buried nut that is hard to reach and you find it by feel. The wrench will save you a lot of frustration.

Couple more updates, added some Baja design squadrons to the truck. Chipping away at the list and pile of parts!

Installed the Front Fox 2.5 Elite Coil overs, and reused the lower spacer from the RL 1.75"level. Trucks sits exactly as it did with the RL 1.75 ( as intended).
Ride is superb...70 MPH and grab a shoulder...the truck handles flawlessly, not noises, no plastic creaks and sounds from interior...it just dances across the terrain smoothly.

Added Lasfit license plate leds. Before and after pics. These damn things are bright.

Hey there - so yesterday I deleted my stock mud flaps and installed the rough country MF delete kit. I had to trim just a bit to get it all to fit as I have the air design OEM (dealer bought anyway) fender flares on. Looks good I think.

100% truth and yes it is a 10mm

Looks great. What kind of trimming did you have to do? Any detailed pictures?

To get the angle right on the top part of the delete pieces I took a box cutter and just trimmed down the edges little by little so I could get a nice flush fit with no overlap and no space. Almost all of the pieces had to be trimmed cuz I had previously installed the air design flares. I didn’t take any detailed pics - apologies - next time I get into this stuff I will though 🤙. Good news is all the pre drilled holes line up and everything fits snug. I would suggest however throwing the 10mm bolt back into its spot and throwing two of the screws back into their spots as the delete kit covers two of the screw holes and leaves the 10mm bolts out of the equation (unused) so you’ll have an open cavity where the bolt was if you don’t put it back in…🤷‍♂️ Also - just a preference of mine I guess - but I used some additional rubberized 3M double side tape in the blank spaces on the inside of the delete pieces so there would be no unused space between the body and the installed pieces. Should prevent accumulation of debris in theory.

Installed the Banks Pedal Monster today. I was tired of the lag in the pedal from factory. It works perfect and took 10 minutes to install. Should have done this a year ago!

Installed new valve stem caps today. One of the original caps fell off, so ordered this set on ebay.

Love the wrap, doing something similar myself and in the middle of it. Guy at work has what looks like the same truck.

Love to hear it. I have done similar to the interior of all my vehicles. I just can't stand chrome on the interior or very cheap/fake wood accents.

Love the texture of the 1080 carbon fiber (now 2080, but I had an old roll laying around).
