Cooler weather and a jackThey aren't technically ON the truck yet, but I took the time today to coat them with the same graphene that I used on the rest of the truck. I'll give it some time to cure overnight.
Dumb question while I wait. since this is my first set of aftermarket wheels, maybe I had higher expectations for ease of fitment. I see that there is a universal bolt pattern on the back, but I struggled to test fit one on the studs for 20 minutes before I gave up. its possible that I was just giving a half hearted effort. its 95* outside, and the tires are easily over 100lbs a piece, but what is the trick to get these to slide over the studs? The bolt holes in the wheel are about 1/8" smaller than OEM and it is missing by that much it seems....

Other than loosing a few minutes on the side of the road, a warning is a great outcome. Had one myself recently for sitting in the right lane to long for the troopers liking. I took my warning and thanked the good officer for their service.Pulled over for lighting up tires at 35+ mph. Warning only this time. Oh well.
ThanksDIXIE, those resonators just influence the sound waves. when the truck drops to V4, it can cause a weird hormonic in the cab. this DRONE can be a low background annoyance, or a full blown sort of low tone rattle
Super cool.Thought a share a picture of Chevrolet quality for so long!
