What did you do to your Trailboss today? 🛠️

It’s been raining out in So Cal every weekend for the past month and a half or so. Something that we’re not used to and yesterday finally I had a chance to work on my 2019 TB . Yesterday I installed 1.75 Bora adapters to make room for 35-12.5r18 Toyo open country Trail that I will be mounting on to the stock wheels. The reason I added the 1.75 adapters in to give the tires some room with the UCA . I have a 2.0 SST kit from Ready Lift. And since I was already there, I did some trimming to clear some room for the tires so that they won’t rub when turning. Trimmed the front inner wheel well liner and took off bracket and trimmed the back mud flap hopefully this all helps. I will be posting pictures shortly right after I get tires installed hopefully next weekend.

OK, so just finish mounting on my new 35-12.5 Toyo O/C R/T tires on the stock 18” Trail Boss wheels. Truck measures in from the ground to the top of the fin at 82 inches give or take a 1/4 of an inch for those I need to sneak into a parking structure. for those I need to sneak into a parking structure Here are some pictures to give you an idea of the mods that I did on my truck to clear the 35s with no rubbing.

Now that you have some real protection down there here is my 2 cents on the mud flaps. They will bend your fenders.

What does everyone do with their unused Goodyear Duratacs? I laugh every time I hear about the noise. I love these things off road. No issues at all off road. I'd go anywhere with them. Would I buy them again? Wouldn't discount them as an option i know that. I don't mind the road noise as it is...

At this point, just wanted some protection from stuff being thrown up and chipping paint, and making it easier to get in and out. I will have to keep an eye out for mud flaps becoming an issue... may just have to deal with it and realize I will use the truck as a truck and not fret like if it were a Corvette... Thanks for insights.

This was a little while back, but never got around to posting.

Changed all lights to LED, added the paint matched aeroskin hood shield, tinted all windows including the windshield, debadged the back and changed the front to black badges, and added the black hood decal.

Added some diode dynamics fog lights, the sport level is great for the fogs. Gonna pick up the pro level to replace my rough country ditch lights.
