Wheel spacers

Have you cut out the impact bar behind the wheel ?

You CUT this, it does not unbolt.

I just put 1.25” on today and have minimal rub at full lock. I’m satisfied with it for now. Once the weather here cooperates a little more I will do some trimming, but it’s night and day now. Digging it.

I'm going to a 15mm spacer. I changed out from the tiny stock tires and dumb 20 inch wheels to 35" tires and 18" wheels. I made the mistake by not going with any offset wheels and have been running too large of wheel spacers (2"), which would make my tires rub the back outer fender well. I took the 2" spacers off and tried to run without them; however, the wheel spokes would rub the caliper body. So, I will be putting on some 15mm hubcentric spacers and these will alleviate all rubbing issues I currently have with my present setup and a total 6" suspension lift.

Check your stud length....I run a 6mm to clear the caliper currently....

I also tried a 3/8" one and it had no where near enough thread to be safe.

Thanks man! I did the math on it. I will be putting on ET lug nuts to get the required 7-9 turns for thread engagement (overall stud length ~1.55"-1.65") on approximately 1.20" of usable thread. With my slip-on hubcentric spacers size of 15 mm (0.59").
That spacer alone consumes ~0.59 inches of stud length. My remaining usable thread is roughly:
~1.20" usable threads
–0.59" spacer
= ~0.61" available for lug engagement.
So, for my rig, and having M14 x 1.5 lugs:
Each full turn = 1.5 mm
7 turns = 10.5 mm = 0.41"
8 turns = 12 mm = 0.47"
9 turns = 13.5 mm = 0.53"
So, with ~0.61" available, I will definitely be within the safety range of 7–9 full turns (~10+ turns).
