I bought this from stickermangreg on eBay. This one appealed to me because it goes full length across the back of the hood scoop including the lower edge which also produces glare.

Install was only mildly difficult. The vinyl is easy to work with, but standing on a ladder and reaching halfway across the hood to apply it was tough.

I don't know how long it will last, but I garage the truck and it doesn't sit out all day at work. Was too lazy to cut my own vinyl. The kit comes with a nice little squeegee to ease the install. Way to go, stickermangreg, whoever you are!
