Trail Boss 35” wheels leveled needed

I am having the Nitto Trail Grabbers installed on Friday. Hopefully changes the look from the Duratrac. Should have stayed with the Duratracs. $100 cheaper, however on my setup I think it will make it look badass. Went with the 305 instead of the 285. Wider stance.

I second posting your set up info.
Year, lift type and brand, wheel & tire specs.

I’d love to do this. I’m a bit gunshy right now. I lifted and added bigger tires to my ‘22 Colorado and caught a bunch of grief when I went to trade it in on my ‘23 TB.
Now the dealer says they can’t sell it because the factory warranty is voided. Not sure why he says that, but whatever.

The 20” wheels my TB has just do not look right with such a short sidewall.
Adding after market mods depreciates the vehicle unfortunately. It narrows down your potential buyers because not everyone wants a modded truck. I've been told to keep and store as much of your original truck parts as you can, then when you're ready to sell, have the mods removed. Install your truck back to factory specs and then sell all your mods. Or you can try and sell the truck on your own and find a buyer who wants to buy your truck as is. It's a crap shoot

Didn’t hurt my trade value one bit.

Paid $39k traded for $36k. Drove the truck a year and put 10k on the clock.

I didn’t think so.

That's not automatically true. It depends. You CAN actually increase the value of your vehicle with mods...but the part where you are correct is the "crap shoot" part. It's tough to know for sure what will be desirable and what won't. Usually adding factory options, or adding aftermarket items that supplant factory options with OEM-level quality is a pretty safe bet. It's also a safe bet that a huge lift with -50mm offset deep-dish 24's and a 5-inch exhaust with muffler delete will greatly depreciate your truck.

Sticking to relatively tame, OEM-like additions is always the safest bet. Or just go with things that are easily removable.

I’m guessing the OP traded in with his Lamborghini money and by now has settled in with the ZR2 community 😎

I am trading in for a Zr2 next week. I actually don’t like the plastic fenders on it but oh well. Love this truck and I am coming from Porsche Lamborghini shit and this truck makes me much more happy. CarPlay highly recommend everyone. You can watch YouTube videos and Netflix while you drive.
What is a Porsche Lamborghini?

Same question here… photo looks like there might be a small level already. I would love to be able to run a true 35in tire without lifting these trucks any further.

I bought a '24 and as soon as I got home had new tires installed, 285/65/20. Basically 34.6" with everything stock except new tires. Was going 35x11.5 but not in stock and didn't feel like paying for shipping. I don't think there would have been any issue running those. Lil close to the UCAs.
