What's new

What did you do to your Trailboss today? 🛠️

I'd do just this if i didn't need the rear room for my dogs!!! ❤️😂
Yeah my mutts are a must so it’s easily removed ….

I added a flex fuel sensor and set it up in the ecm.

I was already out of fuel system with just the pulley that magnuson supplies in the 5.3 kit. Now that I know this works I'll need a lot more fuel to supply full e85. I already have a set of LT4 injectors and hpfp ready to go in. I'm not sure what to do with the low side fuel system yet. The Escalade V pump is on backorder and may not be enough for full ethanol anyway. I may make my own auxiliary pump.

Got smacked today by a new driver and only had her learners permit. Only $6400 in damage 😂

Sorry bro… but on the positive side you have an excuse to get a aftermarket bumper …probably cheaper than what GM is charging for their OEM replacement

I put a five gallons of e85 in with probably 2 gallons of 93 (e10) just to be sure the sensor and tune corrected the air fuel ratio. If it didn’t I wanted to be able to dilute it with 15 more gallons of 93.

The sensor picks up whatever the ethanol mixture is. It corrects the stoich air fuel ratio (14.7:1 for 0% to 9.8:1 for 85%) and adjusts timing depending on what’s in the alcohol timing table.

i understand the sensor, wanting add that to my list (just to have the choice)...the 47% looked od. but the mix explains that.

i typically run my Harley to nearly empty before topping off with E85.

It’s not as easy or cheap on a global b (23+) truck. They don’t have the logic in the firmware and it has to be added as a patch by dsx tuning.

Put on a cold air inductions intake with an updated JET mass air flow sensor and the pulsar LT.

Don’t mind the dirty engine bay!
