What did you do to your Trailboss today? 🛠️

If the dealer's name badge was Harry Beaver Toyota, I'd probably say leave it but I'm with everyone else. It needs to go. 😂

Finally got around to installing two Motohorn 3.0 air horns. The sound is much more impressive than I imagined.

I've been looking at the same horns. How was the install?

I picked up this long travel kit up today. It’s made by dirt king for some shop in AR. I bought it extremely cheap from a guy in MO. It’s a bit different than a normal dirt king long travel kit, but probably in a good way. It’s 3” wider per side (vs. 3.5”) and can use the factory sway bar instead of bypass shocks. I’m waiting to hear back from Dirt King if the axle shafts will work in my cv’s.

I’ll be changing out some lower mounting hardware on the Fox 2.5 coilovers I installed last weekend and possibly a spring swap.

Removed the pinstripes from my 24. Not sure what kind they were, only had to use rubbing alcohol and a microfiber towel, came off almost like ink. Either way, I was happy that it was an easy job and much easier than anticipated.

Which Tonneau cover is that one? How do you like it? Water proof?
I can't remember the exact model, I bought it using GM rewards points on the GM accessories site. I believe its a Retrax of some sort, but have seen it re branded on many websites. I believe it usually runs around $1200-$1400 before any sales. I really like the cover over all, you can lock it in any position which is nice. It is fairly waterproof, but like most covers, some water does get in.

It has the T rails. Is it poly carbonate or aluminum? Mine is the Retrax XR which is aluminum. I didn't get the T rails because I didn't see a need for anything I will be doing with the truck for the extra cost. That might be their Gator brand. The rear rail looks wider than what my Retrax does. I paid about $1500 for mine. I had it waiting in the barn while the truck was being built.

How much room does the Retrax XR box take up in the front of the bed? Have you found the Retrax XR good at keeping water out?

Finally finished the install of my mud flap delete, did the rears in November, like how much room they opened up… also removed factory exhaust extensions, one was dented anyway. Deciding on new tips or new rear bumper like ADD’s.

The ZR2 rear bumper is just a standard Silverado bumper without the exhaust cutouts and no tips. Supposed to give more departure angle without them.
