I've been looking at the same horns. How was the install?

Honestly, it wasn’t too bad. Once I figured out where I was going to mount the horns, it took about 3hrs with short breaks on and off.
Had to remove the grille and active shutter system, but it was just a few bolts and came in and out fairly easy.
For the wiring, I wired the compressors to my switch panel instead of the battery so I can turn them on and off, but every time I get in the truck that’s the first button I push.
For the wiring to the factory horn, I used a splitter I got off Amazon which made it a lot easier instead of splicing into the wires.
I’d say it was well worth it!

What's good slimes. Not what I've done today but thought I would drop my build list. A ton of these came from suggestions here and I've done some mods that I don't think I've seen here! I did every modification solo in my driveway over about the last 6 months since I bought her. Most of the components in the removed section and OEM components replaced with upgrades are for sale if anyone is interested. Diamondback did a great job with build quality and install. I was in the area of the shop, State College, PA area. I opted for an install at the factory. Great people, and great service.

The third brake light cutout works out great for the rearview mirror camera. I thought that there would be some obstruction, but it is clear at all 3 zoom levels. The bed view has some cage in the view, but I can see almost the entire cover.

So far, we love it.
