Added smoked overlays to the light on the back of my mirrors. Came out decent and I didn't have to take apart my mirrors.

I like that...looks good!

My Peragon Tectonic cover came today. Installation took about 30 mins. Really happy with it. Time will tell though.

Got some Ridge Grapplers over the weekend. 285/65r20s. The Nittos run a little big. The specs are 34.8/11.5.

I installed my new rollup tonneau cover. Super easy install. And pretty rigid. It’s not lockable but it would definitely slow someone down trying to gain access to the bed. Ordered straight through GM Accessories. Not cheap but used my GM credit card points and it only cost me a total of $137 in sales tax.

Installed the 20% tint overlay on my third brake light. I have the Recon Smoke third brake light on my '21, but I wanted to try this on my '26 since it was way less money and I didn't have to disassemble the interior of my cab.

Really nice kit though. Nice connectors and shielded wiring harness (although too long, but better than too short), comes with multiple fuse taps and the instructions are pretty good as well, they even got the fuse# correct in the block for the way I want to run them (when the truck is running). I did have to drill 1 small hole through the fuse block cover for the + wire but other than that it could be all removed without a trace if need be.

Tried out a trim black restorer for the plastic trim that’s starting to oxidize. It wasn’t cheap and makes a mess but a little goes a long ways and the section I tried looks brand new. Now to see how long it lasts. Before and after pics.

You can do the same thing with a heat gun. I did this on my old 2001 jeep TJ and the fenders, trim, etc looked brand new.

Heat gun just dries it out more and will eventually fade back to chalky black. There's no UV protection. Restorers have some UV protectant and some other chemicals to soften the plastic as well.
