No night time yet, just finished them today and I'm at work now.Do you have a closer photo and/or a nighttime one?
Do you have the Boost harness installed for your mirror spot lights so you can drive with those on as well? That’s a mod I’m considering to make those more useful.View attachment 2796
The camera on my phone definitely needs to be cleaned, but this is a night shot.
These lights let me see further to the side, which is what I was looking for. I work nights and my drive home is full of deer. Anything I can do to see them as early as possible.
No, I just had them one while I brought the garbage in this morning. Took the pic when I was coming back.Do you have the Boost harness installed for your mirror spot lights so you can drive with those on as well? That’s a mod I’m considering to make those more useful.
I think Boost has one harness that links them to your hi-beams and another harness that lets you use them anytime you’re in drive.
From the contents you have there, every single item ... it seems like that could be my stuff in that neat tray.Installed GM Console Safe. Great addition to the cavernous console. All functions still work including the tray and USB ports.

Keep some leather gloves with that fire extinguisher. Vehicles burn way faster than most people can imagine. And the majority of the time it starts under the hood. The extinguisher is useless unless you can get the hood open. Most people burn the hell out of their hands trying to get it open and don't get it open. You can expect a very large amount of instant flame when you do raise the hood. But then you have a fighting chance. Also, oce the extinguisher is empty use the shovels to throw dirt on it if you can.I installed a Fire Extinguisher. The mounting brackets for the shovels provided a good place for it.
I also signed up for the OffRoad Recovery Portal. Besides identifying what sort of Rig you have, they have a list of check boxes for new volunteers to indicate what gear your rig has. Winch, shackles, snatch blocks, tree saver, recovery straps, kinetic rope, chain saw, tire chains, etc. The only items I currently lack are the Locking Front Diff, 38 inch tires and an FCC certification to operate my Baofeng UV-5R radios in the Ham band.

I put that safe in when I got my truck too, it great. I added some strips of grip tape to the slippery knob to make it easier to pull up on, it’s pretty hard to actually see the numbers on the dial when it’s dark because these trucks have such crappy interior lighting so I just roll a couple of them a certain number of “clicks” in a certain direction for quicker access. I added the lasfit reverse lights last night, HUGE upgrade!! I also just swapped the interior trim to the black/carbon fade. I wrapped the chrome trim with a brushed metal vinyl, I think I like it better but I’m still overthinking itInstalled GM Console Safe. Great addition to the cavernous console. Looks great. I have been thinking about ordering one of the safes on my 22 trail boos. Was it hard to install. I would imagine its some bolts that attach from underneath... looks great though BTW...Nice JobInstalled GM Console Safe. Great addition to the cavernous console.
