How do you like that intake?

I like it. The install was easy and it looks a lot better than the stock airbox. Sounds good when you get on the pedal. Throttle response is better as far as MPG's haven't really noticed a difference.

For those that have been following my air compressor project, I ran into a roadblock. I was trying to mount the air outlet port and on/off switch in the same residential outdoor box and cover. It was a fight for space and things weren't quite lining up with the air line. It took much consideration and deeper look into options, but I think I found a solution. The on/off switch will now be in the residential electrical box on its own (pictured). I'm just going to run the air outlet port straight off the air tank and avoid running an air line between the 2. I should, hopefully, be able to finish this project tomorrow afternoon.

Totally forgot to post these..installed Barricade Rattler running boards recently. Got em from American Trucks. All steel, powder coated matte black. I really like the rugged, tough look these add to the truck.

with Quad Black tips, looks great and sounds amazing !!!

Yeah you can't beat the sound. Mine is going on two years and it gets even better after time. Really want to wake it up? Put on the S&B cold air intake! Then it sounds nasty if you want to wake it up!

They are the Borla Black Chrome tips that come in the kit.
