Biggest tire on stock boss

BAZ , you're running 1.25 bora with 295/70 18 factory, correct?
I’m running 1.5in BORA spacers with factory wheels and 295/70/18 tires. I had to trim the mud flaps but just the part hidden inside the wheel well. I also had to remove the bracket that was tucked behind the liner.

If I’m using the stock size tires and wheels and using the 1 1/2 inch spacers will I need to modify the mudflaps or brackets? Also do I need to trim any of the factory studs so they don’t hit the rims putting them back on the spacer?
I never ran stock tires with my BORA spacers, but I can answer your other question. No you won’t have to trim your factory studs because these factory wheels are recessed in the back.

Nitto Trail Grapplers 33x12.50x18LT. Fit great and look great.

Update: I just trimmed the mud flap, removed the bracket behind the fender liner and then zip-tied the liner back to make more room in the wheel well. There’s lots of room now. Might try some 1.5” BORA wheel spacers for a wider stance...
Do you have any photo's on how you did this? I believe I need clearance on the front and rear portions of the front fender liner. Not sure what to expect when I dig into it.

I don’t have any photos but there is an instruction guide I found online for the AT4s that shows the hidden bracket that needs to be removed from behind the liner. Take a look at this link and keep in mind we have less steps with our Trail Bosses than the AT4 owners. There’s no need to drill any holes for us. After removing the bracket I zip tied the liner back to a hole that no longer had a screw going though it. When you’re under the truck looking at it this will all make sense. It only looks complicated on paper haha! Hope this helps.

Here’s the guide I used.

Hey y'all. I'm new to the forum. I just bought 17 x 9 -12 offset wheels for my 2020 Trail Boss. I have a 2" supreme suspension leveling kit. I want to run 35 x 12.5 tires. Is anyone running the same setup? If so, do they rub at all? Or, do I need to get spacers?

Got some 33”x 12.5” on XF 218 -12 offset. Tried one out today just to make sure they turn without hitting calipers, tons of rom with these, I already knew and was told they would rub a bit at full lock, not concerned at all about this it’s a very easy fix. Very pleased with it though love the amount of poke, now to wait till snow is gone to install them. Will post more pics in a month or so

285/65/20 KO2s on Black Rhino Ark +12 offset with readylift 1.75 level and UCAs. Loving it! Perfect fit in my opinion with absolutely no rub anywhere

Anyone having troubles with 4wd that have been reported with leveling these trucks?

None here. Had mine in 15" of snow all weekend and no issue. 1.5 zone level.
